Destination Wedding Planning Services in Greece & Italy
Design that holds up on the day.
You know the kind of wedding you want. You need a wedding planner who can design it, cost it and run it, and who will tell you when something deserves a second look.
I'm Chrysa. I accept up to six full-planning weddings each year, allowing me to lead each one personally, across Crete, Paros, Santorini, Lake Como and the Amalfi Coast. Before weddings, I worked in international logistics and large-scale production, and built a cosmetics factory from the ground up. I lead every wedding personally, with a team I trust beside me, from the first brief to the final hour on site.

Full Wedding Planning & Creative Direction
You make the choices. I find the answers.
Maybe you have a venue in mind and a clear sense of your taste. Maybe you know how you want the day to feel and nothing more yet.
We set the brief together. Then I do the research, the shortlists and the negotiating. You get a considered selection, my honest recommendation and a clear picture of what each choice involves.
A venue recommendation accounts for the cost of making it work. A vendor recommendation considers the person behind the portfolio. A design proposal comes with a plan for producing it.
I lead the creative direction and see it through production, alongside the budget, the vendor conversations and the logistics. Before the wedding, everyone involved knows exactly what they are doing. On the day, my team and I run it.
Venue & budget Destination and venue research, site visits, budget planning and cost tracking.
Vendors Recommendations, proposal reviews, briefings and ongoing communication.
Design & production Creative direction for the ceremony and reception, including flowers, lighting, furniture, table settings and stationery, developed with the people who will build it.
Guests & the day Accommodations and transportation, layouts, schedules, contingency plans and on-site management.
Multi-Day Wedding Celebrations in Greece & Italy
A good host knows when to make plans, and when to leave time.
Dinner the evening before might be the first time your families meet. A boat day might be the part you are most looking forward to. The morning after may call for a late lunch and very little else.
We start with what you want to share with your guests, then shape a program that is a pleasure to attend and practical to host. That means thinking about distances, late nights, changing guest numbers and how the budget spreads across every event.
I design and plan each event, coordinate the venues and teams, and manage the movement between them. One person holds the whole celebration together.
Wedding Day Coordination in Greece & Italy
You've made the plans. Now enjoy them.
You have booked the venue and chosen your vendors. As the date gets closer, you want to hand the final preparations and the day itself to someone who will give every detail proper attention.
I start with a full review: what is confirmed, what is missing and what your vendors need from each other. I close the gaps, build the schedule and layout, and brief the team.
On the day, I oversee the setup, keep time and handle whatever comes up. Your vendors have one person to call. You spend the day with the people you invited.
We agree together when I step in and how much support you need on site.
One Wedding Planner, Start to Finish
An answer, an opinion and follow-through.
You work with me directly, from the first conversation to the end of the night. Behind me is a team I trust.
I explain my recommendations and bring you decisions with the context to make them. If an idea needs more budget, a location will cause problems or a quote does not add up, you hear about it early. And if I think there is a better way to get what you want, I will say so.
I take on four to six full-planning weddings a year.

Destination Wedding FAQ
-
No. I can assess destinations and venues against your priorities, your guests' travel and your budget.
-
Then we build around it. Tell me what is in place and I will recommend the right level of support.
-
Yes. Guest count is one factor. The setting, the logistics and how involved you want me to be matter just as much.
-
Tell me what is confirmed and what you would like to hand over. We will settle the scope on our first call.
-
In Greece, I plan weddings in Crete, Paros, Santorini, Ios, Athens. In Italy, at Lake Como, Amalfi Coast, Tuscany. If you are considering somewhere else, ask.
-
For peak-season dates the most sought-after venues often book 12 to 18 months ahead. Get in touch as early as you can. Coordination can begin much closer to the date.
-
We meet by video call at hours that suit your time zone, and every document and decision lives in your client portal. When you visit, we see the venues together.
-
Yes, in both countries, though the paperwork takes time. Many couples complete the legal part at home and hold a symbolic ceremony abroad. I will advise on what suits your situation.
