Choosing a Wedding Venue in Paros
A private villa or estate can give the celebration a level of privacy that is difficult to reproduce within a hotel unless buyout is on the table.
It also gives us greater freedom over how the property is used.
The ceremony may occupy one part of the landscape, dinner another, with the evening gradually moving through the property rather than remaining within one designated event space.
Before recommending a private property, however, we look beyond its appearance.
Access for suppliers, catering infrastructure, power, sound restrictions, guest capacity, weather contingency and what needs to be brought onto the site all form part of the venue decision.
A property that requires considerable production can still be the right choice. We simply want that decision to be understood before it is made.
A venue is rarely considered in isolation.
The property determines how guests arrive, how dinner is served, what happens after dark and how much temporary infrastructure needs to be introduced.

We usually approach the weekend as a whole and decide where the greatest level of production belongs.
The welcome may be an informal dinner in a setting that needs almost no intervention. The wedding itself may carry the strongest design. The following day may simply bring everyone together again.
There should be a relationship between the events, but there is no reason for them to repeat one another.
We would rather create three gatherings with different purposes than three versions of the same wedding.

We consider the guest count, the type of property, the number of events planned and the overall atmosphere the couple wants to create before recommending one over the other.

Where Guests Stay Is Part of the Wedding
One of the earliest decisions we make after the venue is where the majority of guests should stay. This is particularly important on an island.
A collection of beautiful hotels is not necessarily a good accommodation plan if every event begins with long transfers in different directions.
We prefer to create a clear centre of gravity for the weekend.
That may be one hotel, several nearby properties or accommodation concentrated around the area where most events will take place.
The aim is simple: guests should spend their time enjoying Paros rather than navigating it.

What Does a Destination Wedding in Paros Cost?
There is no useful answer based on guest count alone. A hotel may include much of the infrastructure required to host the wedding. A private property may require furniture, catering equipment, lighting, sound, power and additional production before design has even been considered.
A multi-day wedding introduces another set of choices.
We establish the financial framework early and assess each venue in relation to what it will require beyond the hire fee.
This allows the investment to be intentional from the beginning rather than corrected later.
07 / THE SEASON
When to Marry in Paros
June and September can offer a particularly attractive balance for destination weddings. July and August bring the height of the season, which means heat, wind, accommodation availability and guest comfort need more careful consideration.
But the property itself matters just as much as the month.
The direction of the sun, exposure to wind, available shade and where dinner takes place can change the appropriate ceremony time considerably.
We therefore choose the date and wedding-day schedule in relation to the venue rather than relying on a standard island timeline.
